Meet the Team
Seth Anapolsky
Meet Seth, the owner and broker of Full Circle. Aside from mortgage, Seth enjoys all Boston sports (can we say Tom Brady anyone?) and has an urban farm complete with pigs, chickens, cats, dogs and two children.
Spencer Colburn
Spencer is our office go to guy. A borderline genius, this guy remembers loan guidelines like a true guru. He is pretty much an office necessity and works on any issues as they arise. Fun fact- Spencer went to Disney’s Galaxy’s Edge and the storm troopers harassed him. Little did they know they picked the wrong Jedi to argue with because Spencer out wits any inquisition.
Summer Luszeck
After purchasing and refinancing her first home with Full Circle Home Loans, Summer became a part of the FCHL family and now works as our Office Director. Summer brings a unique skill set to FCHL. She has had the opportunity to see things from a client perspective and has worked in the public and private sectors of HR Administration. Summer helps with everything from HR, client follow-ups, operations, compliance and managing Seth’s calendar to getting us licensed in other states. Outside work, you’ll most likely catch her at Disneyland with her husband and two daughters or with a cup of coffee, watching an episode of Grey’s Anatomy (for the millionth time!).
Bernadette Bermudez
Bernadette “Bernie” Bermudez is one of the newer additions to the team. Graduating in the middle of a pandemic, she didn’t know what the next step was since there was so much uncertainty at the time, but she knew that whatever she would end up doing, she wanted to help people. Fortunately, her parents saw a post for hiring an assistant, urged her to apply, and that’s when Full Circle Home Loans came into the picture. FCHL had helped her parents secure a loan to purchase their current home back in 2019, so there was already a sense of familiarity and comfort. Eager to contribute to the company and absorb as much information as she can, she started processing loans within the short timeframe she has been with the company. There is still much to learn, but the fulfillment she feels after helping clients close on a home loan and fostering relationships that last a lifetime is incredibly motivating and makes this experience worthwhile.
Tiffany Katuls
Tiffany is our client communication’s manager. She fills in anywhere we need her in the office from client follow-up to organizing. She is in charge of the fun stuff like inviting past clients to places like the Magic Castle and the boring stuff like signing up with new banks to offer our clients more choices. Tiffany is our AirBnB investment specialist so if you want to retire with real estate, she can get you started.
CHARLES nUNO
Charles or Chuck as he is more affectionately known is basically a mortgage super star. With over 20 years in the business and 10 more years as a financial adviser he can pretty much guide any client. He has worked for some of the biggest banks but prefers our smaller brokerage because he is able make that personal connection with his clients. He is a licensed Loan Officer and also has his Broker’s license! Chuck’s beautiful wife is a teacher here locally.
Nick Gonzalez
Nick has been with Full Circle for many years and is a huge help to our office. On top of being an awesome loan officer, he helps to pre-qualify most of the clients in the office so he is a pretty important guy! He likes to hike and camp on his time off. Nick also wins the office award for mot detailed notes so yay Nick!
Bill Green
Bill is one of our mortgage customer service reps and the Full Circle entertainment. He is also almost done with his mortgage licensing! He has been with Full Circle for years and he tends to become friends with all of his clients. He also recently adopted a new little puppy named Emmett who is totes adorbs! Bill also heads our Temecula office.
Raquel Sanchez
Raquel Sanchez has over 25 years of experience as a business owner and real estate investor. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting & Finance from the University of Redlands. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, she specializes in residential mortgage loan financing, providing expert advice and support through the entirety of the process. She is passionate about helping & guiding families, individuals and investors with their mortgage loan needs. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she strives to make the loan process as smooth and seamless as possible for every client through consistent communication and accurate updates throughout the loan process. Her mission is to serve her customers with honesty, integrity, and competence. Fun Fact: Raquel enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and her 8 grandkids.
Dash- the office pup
Dash technically belongs to Spencer but if you come to our office, you will likely see him there. Dash is our loveable office dog who makes sure there is never a food crumb left on our office floors. Spencer rescued Dash from the pound years ago and Dash has been originating loans daily since then.
